The Decoding Draupadi Podcast

Conversations with women shaping the world around us.

We don’t just ask how you got here. We ask what you see from where you stand.

A podcast with women who’ve moved things. If you’re here, you’re on a very short list.

Aarushi Vig on the Decoding Draupadi Podcast
Why we have these conversations

Accomplished women are interviewed about their success. Rarely about their thinking.

The women shaping business, leadership and culture see things from where they stand that most of us don’t. Their judgement, their doubts and the ideas they’ve changed their minds about rarely make it into public conversation.

We want those perspectives on the record, and in front of the people who can learn from them.

From the podcast

Different women. Different perspectives.

Different industries, and conversations that go beyond the usual questions.

Meet your host

Anshika Kushwaha

Founder, Decoding Draupadi

Anshika founded Decoding Draupadi to bring more women’s experiences and ideas into public conversation. She has built a community of women and an editorial platform on careers, business, culture and the changing realities of women’s lives.

Her curiosity is in how people think: the decisions they make, the assumptions they question, and the experiences that change their minds.

“I’m less interested in the perfect career story, and more in what someone has come to understand along the way.”
